The ‘Russia/Eurasia–Caribbean: A New Dawn 2017’ Forum, the first of its kind, was held from November 1 to 3, 2017. The event was organized by the Government of Grenada, the Bering-Bellingshausen Institute for the Americas (IBBA, Montevideo, Uruguay), and the Roscongress Foundation.
